Hotel and Reservation Policies

Victoria Princess Hotel reserves the right to change and enforce all hotel and reservation rules, as well as operational policies necessary to maintain order and guest satisfaction within the property.
All guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations established by the hotel.
In case of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to take necessary legal action through local authorities and courts.

General Policies

  • The hotel accepts guests aged 14 and above only.

  • Room rates and conditions are determined based on the information provided at the time of reservation. Inconsistencies or incorrect details provided upon check-in may result in additional charges.

  • Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.

  • No price changes will be applied after the reservation is confirmed.

  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Pets are not allowed within the premises.

  • Honeymoon couples may be asked to present proof of their marriage date upon check-in.

  • Outdoor facilities and services are available depending on weather conditions.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

  • Access to dining areas may be restricted for guests wearing slippers, shorts, or undershirts.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of invalid or suspicious credit card information.

  • Alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under 18 years of age.

  • Member-only discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

  • During check-in, the membership details will be verified for all reservations made under a member profile. If the registered member is not staying, additional charges may apply.

  • Member discounts, benefits, and offers are valid only for reservations made via the official website or call center.

  • Check-in time: 14:00

  • Check-out time: 12:00

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of overbooking, renovations, or extraordinary circumstances, Victoria Princess Hotel will:

  • Provide alternative accommodation at a hotel of equal category in the same area, under the same booking conditions.

  • Offer a complimentary transfer to the alternative property.

Victoria Princess Hotel shall not be held legally liable or responsible for compensation regarding such
