You can easily and securely make your reservations through the official Victoria Princess Hotel website or call center. We offer various payment options and flexible rate plans to suit your needs.

If you’re certain about your travel dates and prefer the best possible price, the Prepaid Rate is ideal for you.

If your travel dates might change but you still want to secure your preferred room and dates, the Semi-Flexible Rate is a better option.

If your plans are not finalized yet but you’d like to benefit from early booking discounts, the Flexible Rate offers both flexibility and savings.
1. PREPAID RATE
This plan offers the lowest available rate on our website. The total amount is charged at the time of booking.
Once the reservation is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed, and no refunds can be issued.
In case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged as a penalty.
2. SEMI-FLEXIBLE RATE
This plan offers slightly higher pricing than the prepaid rate. Only the first night’s fee is charged during the booking process, and the remaining balance is paid upon arrival.
If the reservation is canceled after confirmation, the first night’s payment is non-refundable.
Changes can be made up to 14 days before the check-in date, and the remaining balance will be paid at the hotel.
When changes are made, current prices and conditions at the time of modification apply.
3. FLEXIBLE RATE
This plan offers the highest flexibility. Credit card details are required during the booking process, but no prepayment is made.
The total amount is paid upon check-in.
Cancellations or modifications made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the first night’s fee will be charged.
Payment Options

Website Bookings: Online payments can be made securely via Visa or MasterCard.

Call Center Bookings: You can pay by entering your Visa or MasterCard details via phone, or through a secure payment link sent directly to you.

Bank Transfer: Payments via bank transfer are also accepted for reservations made through our call center.

For all Visa and MasterCard payments, your credit card must:

For more details or to update your card settings, please contact your bank directly.
For bank transfer payments, please use the details provided in the temporary reservation confirmation email you received.
