Reservations made through the official Victoria Princess Hotel website https://victoriaprincess.reservationdhc.com or our call center are subject to cancellation and refund conditions that vary depending on the selected rate plan.
For prepaid rates, once your reservation is confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or price modifications are not possible. During the final stage of your booking — before payment — you will be required to tick a confirmation box labeled “I have read the Terms and Conditions.” By selecting this box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all related terms.
Payment Methods
For prepaid rates, only credit cards with Mastercard “3D Secure” or Visa “Verified by Visa” (SMS verification code) are accepted.
Under the Semi-Flexible Rate Plan, the first night’s fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the hotel.
For Flexible Rate Plans, payments are made upon check-in, and a temporary pre-authorization is applied to your credit card for validity verification, which is released on the same day.
In accordance with Turkish Republic laws, it is not possible to charge foreign currency on Turkish bank credit cards via Turkish POS terminals, whether physical or virtual.

Our official website and call center operate with dynamic pricing. Room rates are determined by multiple factors such as the hotel, stay dates, booking date, room type, number of guests, rate plan, guest’s country of origin, IP address, and room occupancy levels. Prices are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Typically, early bookings offer lower rates, although in rare cases, last-minute discounts may be available for a limited number of rooms.
Rates displayed on the website are based on the user’s country. Prices may vary according to guest nationality, region, or market. During the booking process, rates are presented according to the IP address of the website user or the phone number of the caller contacting our call center. If guests arrive from a different country than declared at booking, a price difference may apply, and additional charges will be collected upon check-in.
Airport Transfer Service
For prepaid and semi-flexible rate plans, round-trip airport transfers can be added for an additional fee. Each vehicle accommodates up to 4 passengers.
